		<description>Nice post.  There is a great book / workbook available you might really enjoy... I read it a 4-5 years ago and then sent it to my son a few years ago. I forget the name, but remember the book.

It sounds like to you have a good head on your shoulders and would probably enjoy the inward and outward focus this book has. Basically, it reinforces that just because our Dad&#039;s didn&#039;t do certain things with us, it is OK for us to be men and have fun as guys whether raising children or living everyday life. Serious and humorous and a best seller at the time.
